Eric Rolinson

Eric Rolinson is a civil trial lawyer who focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, business torts, contract litigation, and securities litigation/arbitration. Eric has successfully served as lead counsel in trials, arbitrations, and mediation proceedings. He also has extensive experience in discovery, procedural and substantive motions practice, and litigation before Florida’s State and Federal courts. Prior to practicing law, Eric gained extensive experience in the financial industry. He continues to provide consulting services for brokerage firms and banking institutions.

 

Selective Experience:

  • First-chair jury trial experience resulting in $772,000.00 verdict against a corporate defendant
  • Obtained an arbitration award of $852,000 against a major banking institution on behalf of a United States Congressman
  • Represented dozens of Claimants (both member and non-member) in FINRA arbitrations/mediations ranging from sales practice violations to fraud
